I am writing today to thank Joanne, Jean Marc and Issy on all your hardwork and professionalism, courtesy and speed in which you managed to sell my parents estate here in SW France.

We were highly recommended French Character Homes by two close friends of my parents who had the pleasure of working with you recently and sold their properties quickly. The initial response was immediate and followed up by a face to face meeting within days. To meet my brother and I at the property to discuss how we go about selling this large house and grounds, as never had to deal with this situation previously.

FCH came into their own here, they were sympathetic, guided us through the sales procedure eloquently, with fantastic ideas on the marketing of the estate with drone footage with proffessional photos. FCH were spot on with the valuation of the estate and assured my brother and I it would be sold within 3 months. I can say this …is impressively true! And we received exactly what we expected financially.

All emails and calls answered immediately and always diligently. All staff are naturally courteous and efficient. All meetings were always scheduled verbally and followed up with a confirmation email and preformed well. Joanne and Jean Marc had a very good customer base the clients that viewed the house were all genuine, “ no tyre kickers”.

The couple that have bought the estate are charming and perfect couple to start a new exciting life here. My parents would have been happy to see them here.

Issy passion shone through clearly on her marketing skills and beautiful photos she took here at the house. She loves her role and will flourish in this role.
